E-Commerce Executive (B2B)

As an E-Commerce Executive, who reports to the Senior Manager of Operations, your main goal involves positioning the company to be the first stop in mind of all customers for predictive and prevention, control and connectivity, monitor and measurement solutions. Using your product knowledge and strong customer service skills, your responsibilities will include sales activities and ensuring that each customer is highly satisfied and that they feel valued. Teamwork is key as you also work with suppliers/vendors and other departments to support the achievement of sales, profit, and key performance indicator (KPI) targets in alignment with the company’s goals and objectives. E-Commerce Executive (B2B) - Position Overview

  • Maintain and ensure all products information such as pricing, inventory, shipping information, etc are up to date and available-to-sell
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of E-commerce, including order fulfilment, inventory management, and customer feedback, with the aim to drive up E-Store sales.
  • Work closely with the customer service team on E-commerce enquiries that requires technical offering, replacement, upsell/cross-sell or local on-site follow-up
  • Candidate must be comfortable using CRM & marketing automation platform to nurture leads with sales conversion in mind.
  • Stay up to date on competitor’s activities and initiate opportunities
  • Improve and focus on Consumer Experience journey

Required Skills & Experiences

  • Diploma in Engineering, information Technology, or related discipline
  • No experience is required. Training will be provided. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications with strong knowledge of Excel to include V-lookups, pivot tables, and formulas
  • Candidates who are familiar with CRM & digital platforms, e.g: Hubspot, Salesforce, on-line chat, Online-store management, will have an added advantage
  • Knowledge in Google Analytics, SEM, SEO, Digital Campaign, E-commerce platform, is a plus
  • Familiar with payment terms and overseas delivery arrangement (export duties, freight charges) is a plus
  • Ability to work and thrive under pressure in fast-paced environment while being able to multi-task
  • Works cohesively as part of a team and has an enthusiastic and good team spirit

Job Type:  Permanent, Full-Time
Hours: 
 8:00 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. (5 days a week)
