Duties and Responsibilities
Site Operations Planning
- Execute the planned schedules and resources to meet the project requirements:
– Preparing the equipment, manpower allocation and target dates
– Liaise with clients on site during operations
– Conduct the testing following the company procedure - Deploy resources to ensure the smooth and successfully execution of the projects
– Coordinating with client on the project location for mobilisation of equipment
– Providing specific work instructions to the technicians on site - Coordinate the preventive maintenance measures to ensure availability and reliability of equipment for the projects
– Carrying out routine inspection and servicing of machines and equipment
Works Implementation & Progress Monitoring
- Supervise technicians on site to ensure client’s instructions and procedures for testing are followed and jobs are on track
– Daily reporting on the work progress
– Handle technical procedures issues where arise
– Ensure the quality of testing performed are according to test procedures - Execute safety protocols and measures to ensure safety at work site:
– Conduct daily safety briefing and checks
– Provision of PPE
– Assist in safety training - Coordinate the planned preventive maintenance measures to ensure availability and reliability of equipment for the projects:
– arranging for routine inspection and servicing of machines and equipment,
– arranging for repair works as well as attending to machine and equipment issues in a timely manner
– up keeping of maintenance records - Coach and guide technicians on the job related to NDT operations
Completion of Test Report
- Collate and compile relevant approved documents by client for billing processes:
– Ensuring timesheets are signed and approved by clients - Preparing the test report after complete the test if need, and signature on the test report sheet
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer related fields
- Experience of at least 2 to 5 years above on Non-Destructive Testing Steel (NDT-steel) examination.
- Must be certified level II for (RT, UT, MT, PT & VT).
- Computer Skill: Proficiency in using Ms. Office, AutoCAD. (Internet-Email or other software is a plus)
- Fluent Khmer/English, Chinese is advantage.
- Have knowledge on construction material testing.
- Good communication and high self-responsibility with strong commitment in team work.
- Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness
- Able to work under pressure and promptly support anytime
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct the test following the company standard operation procedure
- Schedule on samples collection with clients
- Arrange the test and follow up with Technician
- Preparing geology test (soil test) report
- Maintenances the test equipment / machine following schedule
- Able to do task assigned by supervisor
- Any task time to time assigned by management
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineer or related fields.
- At least 2 years’ experience in geology testing (soil test) such as: CBR, Compaction, Particle size distribution, Atterberg limit, Specific Gravity, Consolidation, Triaxial Test (CU, UU & CD), Direct shear test.
- Fluent Khmer/English, Chinese is advantage.
- Computer Skill: Proficiency in using Ms. Office, AutoCAD. (Internet-Email or other software is a plus)
- Have knowledge on ASTM, BS standard or another international standard.
- Good communication and high self-responsibility with strong commitment in team work.
- Demonstrate high level of ethical commitment and trustworthiness
- Able to work under pressure and promptly support anytime
Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct pile testing such as PIT, Sonic, PDA and Static load test and analysis the result.
- Conduct the test follow company standard operation procedure.
- Site visit during client requested.
- Made and checking the test report.
- Follow up technician to maintaining machine and equipment.
- Other tasks assigned by superior.
- Any task time to time assigned by management
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor degree Civil Engineer or related field.
- Experience at least 2 years in pile testing (field test and analysis result).
- Computer Skill: Proficiency in using Ms. Office, AutoCAD.
- Good command of spoken and written English.
- Have knowledge on construction material testing.
- Flexible work as a team and independent.
- Possess good understanding of corporate secretarial work.
- Team work and communication skill.
- Able to work under pressure.
